Glory From God

My friend Cindie Coleman is always on assignment from God to take pictures of the sky. Morning and evening she watches the beautiful paintings that God endlessly supplies. Everyone of them so very different and magnificently beautiful. He allows her to capture the most wonderful array of colors and designs. She also has friends (myself and Damon) that enjoy the heavenly gifts from God.  As you look at the three pictures above you will note they all have something in common.  Please understand the the glow of light pouring down did NOT come from any source of distinguishable light. No light was seen with the naked eye at the time of the shutter click. Only after looking at these pictures did the photographers see what God poured out on them. These are three different pictures from three different people and areas.  The awesomeness of God to send the light is always seen as His favor upon us. Impartial and Busy Today everyone is claiming Black Lives Matter, Blue Lives Matter, Native American Lives Matter, White Lives Matter! What in the world are we doing in a world where HUMAN LIVES MATTER! If we are going to say we are Christian we have to go by what the Bible, God's Word, says on EVERY matter! Let's look at James 2: 8 & 9... "If you fulfill the royal law according to the scripture, Thou Shalt love thy neighbor AS yourself, you do well: But if you have respect to persons , you commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors." What does this mean? It means if you think better of one person over others because of their station in life, their race, religion or even the job they do, then YOU do not love your neighbor as yourself. You are prejudice. You cannot set someone else as lesser or greater than anyone else and still say you are loving your neighbor. Jesus already proved who our neighbors are. Social Unrest verses Joy Unspeakable

Riots, Pandemic, Racism, Joblessness, schools closed, uncertainty, Food Banks, political wars, social injustice, deaths, earth quakes, destruction and National conflicts. Persecution of Christians, health issues, credit card debt, stimulus questions, all of these things have something in common. They steal your joy. Here is something you can trust. God's word says He gives you Joy Unspeakable and full of glory. 1Peter 1: 8+9 How can all of these things be going on around us and still we can sit in our homes, at our jobs or even at a shopping mall without fear and be full of joy? What do some people have that others do not. While some claim they have faith yet live in fear, this is an absolute contradiction. What Is Truth

Johnny Cash sang a song by that title! Sitting at the dam on a Sunday afternoon listening to the rush of the water with the wind in my ears I can have a clear mind to think about very precious thoughts. My girl Zoey is with me and she looks like she too is looking off into the distance and contemplating things of her own. One of the things I am considering is The Truth. Pontious Pilate asked Jesus, "What is truth?" Jesus said He was The Way, The Truth and The Life. In imitation of Jesus and His follower, I can look out over the the world and love what I see, cry for the lost and help all I can.  My desire is to tell the truth in a way that can prick the heart and heal a wound at the same time. Truth that will make you see the darkness and the light shinning through. I want to share words that will make you think for yourself and yet know you can trust the words that are coming to you.
